- Clients are responsible for paying freelancers through the Freel.ee platform.
- Freelancers are paid after successful project delivery, subject to any agreed terms.
- Freel.ee charges a service fee (percentage or flat rate) on transactions. Fees are disclosed during project creation or acceptance.
- All payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers.
You agree not to circumvent the platform to avoid fees.
7. Intellectual Property
- Users retain ownership of the content they submit.
- Clients receive rights to deliverables as agreed upon with the freelancer.
- Freel.ee owns the platform software, branding, and all intellectual property not provided by users.
Do not use our name, logo, or content without permission.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Freel.ee if:
- You violate these Terms
- You engage in fraudulent or harmful behavior
- We are required by law
